Hello! Welcome to my music!

I am so happy to have you here and to share my songs with you!

I want to thank you for allowing my music, the heart of me, into your life. I do hope you’ll write me, tell me how you like my music and let me get to know you, too. Please communicate to me your questions, anything you may have.

It’s now mid-June, 2012 and this is the very beginning of my music website. It’s been a long time comin’ — even top priorities may get shoved around when one owns another business and well, you know what I’m talking about…Life.

That I can share here with you means honestly everything to me. I am looking forward to the mutual inspiration and connection. In any case, it should be fun.

Keep checking back. I am most of the way through putting together my first CD and you’ll be the first to know when it’s being released. I’ll have a way to download and an EP soon.

To record these songs, I invited myself and I to sing with me. 😆  Happily, cuz I know I’m lazy, the melody came right along with the feeling-thought or right afterwards. Each one came in a flash…I barely had the time to run out of the shower or grab a piece of paper and pull the car over to write the lyrics and the tune down in my cryptic music shorthand. Sometimes I’d have to sing it over and over to myself to not forget.

How many of us all have lost a great idea for assuming we’d remember. Gasp. But you can’t hang on to things like that. Just gotta figure that, in the immediate moment, you possess all it takes to do it freshly. That’s what I tell myself 🙂 and I believe that of you as well.

I arranged my songs and played the parts, too. Yikes, I had to make a”real” song of each one of them. Work out instruments, the whole thing. Talk about a challenge! A new experience and I learned so much.  Have a long way to go on this, no doubt, but I am on the path. So happy about that.

Maybe one of these days I’ll be fortunate enough to get a band together. That’s like the icing on a cake or, since I am into natural health, how about I say, it’d be like waves under my surfboard to co-create with other musicians. But for now, ya, it’s us — me, myself, and I — and now YOU!
